BlairstownHDpart2of2, Nada

I made two attempts at downloading BlairstownHDpart2of2 and extracting and received an error message both times saying folder was empty or some such. 7zip, same thing.

And what is with this website? The formatting has gone odd, weird spacings, labels over labels. Is it just me?

Re: Warning: Task parameters are out of Condor's range

I contacted BOD1 quite some time ago about the refusals to upload and not long ago he replied asking me to send him the offending .fpl's and .ftr's and he would have a look at them to see if he can find a reason for it. I sent him two more since including Moriarty, USNS 1727 which was the last one I...

Re: Skins used by competitors

Rename the default skin first; I just through in a - or_ that's all it takes. The skin you see on other sailplanes during an online race, or for that matter flying a task with a ghost, will be what you have set as the default for the particular model. , they can all be different. I created a slew of...

Warning: Task parameters are out of Condor's range

What gives with this?: Warning: Task parameters are out of Condor's range. The flight plan (.FPL file) has been manually edited by the task setter or the host! I got this when I tried to upload to Condor Club the .ftr for LNS-319, consequently no credit. Mad This happened before, recently, can someo...

No points for a MifflinSD Task

Just completed a task in the MifflinSD scenery and did not receive any Condor Club points. In looking at the analysis I see that "Scenery not yet supported". Bummer. Maybe that could be fixed.

Re: Website Infected With Counterflix

I don't think Condor Club is related with your case. I'm sorry if my post came across as an implication. In point of fact, if I didn't mention earlier, in the conversation with my computer tech, he did not believe that it had anything to do with the website itself. I was just curious if anyone else...

Re: Website Infected With Counterflix

UPDATE II: Having discovered that Counterflix alters the DNS address and take control then learning how to set it myself statically to my own provider's, things were improved. I went on the McAfee forum and there was someone with the exact problem and on the recommendations of a McAfee forum moderat...

Re: Website Infected With Counterflix

Well I don't know how it got to me but I finally figured out what to do about Counterflix.com. To start I tried to use Kaspersky to take care of it and they didn't. Got rid of the program. It really was simple, there is stuff all over the searches about it and how it reassigns your DNS address to th...

Website Infected With Counterflix

Opened the website last night and found it to be taken over by Counterflix in the usual ad areas as well as others and also reimageplus dot com. I get the same results with Gliderracing.com also. I have run various programs to get rid of them and gone through various procedures to find them. Discuss...

Re: PC Configuration with Tablet

Dani, I use the Top Hat Soaring ( http://www.tophatsoaring.org/ ) version of XCSoar on my Nexus 7 and I won't leave home without it; and I use it in the sailplane as well. There is a plethora of topics on setup and usage on this forum as well as GliderRacing.com and at Top Hat. Here are some shots: ...

Re: Condor2Nav to Android via Bluetooth

Boy this is old, probably one of my very first. I have been using a Nexus 7 for some time now and love it. As far as moving Condor2Nav translated flight plans to the Nexus from my PC I use the app "WiFi File Transfer Pro" and it works great. C2N by default names the converted file Condor.t...

Re: Condor-club server unavaliable - Bad gateway

I have been experiencing the same. I did get at one point a notice on CC.eu letterhead that said that they were upgrading server equipment or some such.

My flights are piling up here.

Re: How to fly with other pilots

Steiner, Start by loading your intended Ghost's ftr in the Condor Flight Analysis and there you can see his track and altitudes prior to the start as well as his start time. Once you have that info you can adjust your own start time and altitude to coincide with his. Give yourself plenty of time pri...

Control Problems in Perpignan & HW_SWGermany

I have had control problems while flying in these two sceneries. I wrote about them in the GliderRacing.com Forum and instead of doing it again, here are the links to the topics: http://gliderracing.com/forum/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=3247 http://gliderracing.com/forum/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=32...

Re: A New Flap Indication Post

Yes I get the quick the toggle action and have used it as well as adjust the cockpit view with the mouse to see the position placard on the side of the cockpit(where some are better than others). Both a bother and unnecessary if the flap position displayed when they are selected just remained in vie...
